In the beginning...
And it may not be what you think!
We all know how to care for ourselves, but do we actually take the time? Do we actually think it through or just react? Do we really believe in our abilities or just hope on a wing and a prayer? And most importantly, Do we believe WE ARE ENOUGH?
Most models of Self Care are about being good to yourself in the form of nutrition, exercise, sleep, meditating, taking a bath or a beer with a buddy. And we agree however self care is so much more.... We will explore some of these practises but we really want to dig a little deeper, look a little closer, and reveal all that you are, which, by the way, is more than enough.

CAREGIVERS AT HOME and
Caregivers at Home are the people who love and care for a person connected to them. This might look like full-time 24 hrs a day or part-time, maybe just in the daytime. Caregivers can include a spouse, adult children, teen/young adults or a friend/relative. The caregiver does all/most of the normal daily activities you'd find in running a home such as cooking, housekeeping, paying bills, driving, appointments, personal care and night routines among many, many other things.
Next Level Care is caregiving outside of normal parenting. It can encompass people with neuro diverse abilities, visible or invisible, or critical illness, disease or dementia. It can also be someone with a brain injury or mental illness and many other types of diagnosis. If someone needs a caregiver's help to get through their day and/or night you are Next Level Caregiving.

We are pleased to introduce you to our Signature Course "The Significant Self". In this course we explore the caregiver, who you are, why you do what you do and how to go forward on your journey. It is a one of a kind unique journey that many have walked before and many will walk after but will be the same and different on each path. Join us as we walk it with you!
We will be offering Professional Healthcare caregivers the same course but from a
different perspective. We need you to take
great self care too! You need to be heard and respected and valued for all you do for patient/clients that come into your life for a period of time and then leave again. This
course will launch about one month after the At Home course!
