My education is two fold...

I have formal education in Social Work and facilitation. Over the years my two specialties have been neuro diverse children and Dementia. However.....

My story is much bigger than formal education as I have been a caregiver for the last 25 years and for a long time not really realizing it. Join me and we will walk the Caregiver journey together. I'll share my story with you!

Introducing...

Audrey Jean

Audrey is our in house social media expert, young caregiver and (in the near future) coach! Audrey is compassionate, super easy going and lots of fun. She has eleven years of caregiving experience behind her, most of which was done while in high school. She has her own story to tell in her own time.

The difference between Audrey and myself, other than the fact I was an adult when I began caregiving and she was still in high school, is perspective. I love listening to her perspective on a variety of different subjects because she has a different mindset and outlook than I do. And for us it works because it works both ways!

Anjali Rae

Anjali is our Administrative Assistant and in house photographer. Anjali is a up and coming artist who has already been recognized by the City of Edmonton for a piece she created for Men's Mental Health Week in 2019. She is very caring and empathetic and fully understands the value and impact carer's and caregiving have on people and communities.

Anjali is a strong activist for Mental Health and Diverse and marginalized people. She a wise "old soul". We are very blessed to have her insight.
